COOK INLET KENNEL CLUB 

Welcome to Cook Inlet Kennel Clubs Website!

    Cook Inlet Kennel Club is dedicated to the sanctioning of events for the purebred dog. We hold sanctioned conformation, obedience and RALLY shows.  We also hold fun matches for conformation and obedience throughout the year. The club meets the first Tuesday of every month at 7:00 PM.  Our building is located at 7610 E. Palmer-Wasilla Highway in Palmer.  We are in the same building as Alaska Livestock, between Wesgro and Halls Auto Body.  

    Cook Inlet Kennel Club is also dedicated in providing affordable dog training to the community. We have many classes for dogs and handlers of all levels of abilities.  We encourage you to visit our training page to learn more.

    Cook Inlet Kennel Club received accreditation with the American Kennel Club in 1984. Our first show was held on July 21st, 1985. We continue to take pride in the events we sanction and constantly strive to improve.  Our goal is to make every event enjoyable for the dogs, the handlers and the spectators.  We always welcome new members that, like us, strive to preserve the purebred dog and want to be apart of history within this dedicated club.

    Our goal with this website is to use it as a tool for our members and the dog community here in Alaska. Our website will feature a Calendar of Events, a Training Class Schedule, Membership Information, a Breed(er) Referral and an Advertisers Index. Have a look at the "CLASSES" for a list of available classes such as; Basic Obedience, Puppy Kindergarten, Advanced Obedience, Novice Competition training, Conformation handling classes, and much more. We are also open to suggestions.
